① IP65 Cabinet Locks

O-ring cam locks, compression locks and solenoid locks validated to IP54–IP65. 10,000+ cycle life. Keyed-alike, master-key and electronic access control options.

② Heavy-Duty Hinges

Load classes from 150 kg to 400 kg per door. Stainless steel pins, zinc-flake coating, sag <1 mm after 50,000 cycles. Designed for manifold-equipped liquid-cooled doors.

③ Sealing & Airflow

EPDM and silicone gaskets with compression-set resistance ≤25%. Blanking panels and EMI spring fingers for hot-aisle containment and electromagnetic shielding.

④ Custom Sheet Metal / CNC

CDU housings, manifold brackets, cold plate covers, busbar mounts. Laser cut, CNC machined, stamped and welded. Tolerances to ±0.1 mm.

Selection tip: For liquid-cooled racks, verify three things — O-ring or silicone gasket at the lock-to-door interface; cycle life ≥10,000; and key hierarchy (KA / MK / GMK) matched to your fleet scale.

Hinge Load Classes for Liquid-Cooled Racks

A fully loaded liquid-cooled door can exceed 300 kg. Standard hinges rated for 60 kg will sag, break the gasket seal and create a leak path. WINT's hinge selection starts at 150 kg and scales to 400 kg for AI training clusters.

Sealing & IP Rating Solutions

The lock is the penetration point of the door envelope. In liquid-cooled racks with elevated humidity, moisture ingress through an unsealed lock cylinder can damage electronics worth more than the entire cabinet hardware budget. WINT's IP65 lock series uses multi-barrier sealing: O-ring at the bezel, silicone gasket at the cam slot, and drain channels that direct moisture away from the mechanism.
